NB. There will be no cash loaders in school from the beginning of the 2016 summer term – parents will need to use parent pay to pay for their children’s meals .
ParentPay is the method used by the school that allows parents to make online payments.
We currently use it for Catering, Music lessons and all school trips.
To register for this service, please email your child’s full name and pastoral class to: email@example.com, with the subject line “ParentPay”. If you don’t receive a reply within 2 working days, please contact IT Support on 0191 4995002.
If you are unable to use Parentpay for trips, payment may be made by cash using the Paypoint network at participating local convenience stores. In order to pay by this method you will need a Paypoint barcode letter, which is unique to every pupil and trip, from the Finance Office.
If you are unable to use Parentpay for dinners, cash payment may be made using the Paypoint network at participating local convenience stores (please allow 24 hours for the money to show on the dinner card balance at school). If you wish to use this method you will need a Paypoint card, which is unique to each pupil and for dinner money only. These cards can be ordered by the Finance Office. Initial Paypoint cards will be issued free of charge, but replacements will be charged at £3 per card.
There is a minimum £1 spend on the card.
