There was a network outage in school over lunchtime on Friday 11 May 2018. As a consequence of this, the catering software was inaccessible over the lunch period. Lunch staff had to write down everyone’s purchases manually so that we had a record of this to put on to the system, when the system came back up.
You may see when logged in to parentpay on your child’s account, an additional charge that is not itemised. This is the retrospective charge for the lunches purchased that day.
